Returns
We accept returns for reimbursement only, within 15 days of receipt of your package. You must keep your proof of delivery until receipt of your refund, in case your order gets lost on the way. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us by email at: contact@sosye.ch
The right of return shall be accepted if:
- The Items are in their original packaging, with the labels and protections intact.
- Items must not have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, and free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. If such items are returned a 20CHF charge will be made to your account and the items will be return to you.
Returns must be reported within 7 days of receipt of your package. Sosye reserves the right to refuse returns that do not respect these conditions.
Shipping costs incurred for the return are your responsibility, we do not cover them and do not refund them.
We do not take responsibility for losses of or damages to returned goods during transit.
However, you must keep your proof of sending until receipt of your refund, in case your order gets lost on the way. Usage of a trackable system to return any items to us is strongly recommended. Refund will take place after we received the retuned goods.
